SPESA Expo 2010

Unique Aspects of the Show

SPESA Expo will offer exhibitors and attendees alike an unparalleled industry experience by bringing together unique event advantages:

  • SPESA Expo exhibitors represent virtually all major equipment and technology suppliers to the sewn products trade throughout the Americas. SPESA is the only organization that brings to the show floor the full array of technology and services available to this diverse industry. Visitors will experience live, on-floor demonstrations and new product introductions from exhibitors specializing in cutting, spreading, sewing, pressing, finishing, sewing threads, needles, purchasing, logistics, design and production software solutions, and more for the entire concept-to-delivery sewn products lifecycle.

  • SPESA Expo will deliver value to all segments of the sewn products industry including apparel, transportation interiors, upholstered furniture, footwear, technical textiles, home furnishings, and leather goods. Visitors will find all the products and services they need to successfully operate every aspect of the global sewn products industries. These visitors convert wovens, knits, nonwovens, leather and more, into the finished end products used around the world.

  • SPESA Expo serves as the comprehensive, global solutions resource for the sewn products industry by offering a full range of educational programming that supports and expands attendees’ use and knowledge of today’s technologies.

  • SPESA Expo 2010 will co-locate with two other leading exhibitions: Techtextil North America, the premier exhibition and conference for high performance technical textiles and nonwovens in North America that assembles all vertical aspects of the technical textile industry; and ATME-I/MEGATEX, the premier showcase for textile machinery and services in the Americas – featuring the whole range of textile technologies and equipment involved in producing finished textiles from raw materials. Bringing these three world-class exhibitions together at the same time, under the same roof will maximize attendees’ time and investment.

SPESA’s Consistent Message

Since 1990, SPESA has remained steadfast to a founding goal of optimizing trade show value for both exhibitors and visitors. “Our primary goal is to produce a cost-effective, international trade show and symposium that serves all sectors of the sewn products industries, with special emphasis on the Western Hemisphere,” stated SPESA Executive Vice President Benton Gardner. “SPESA Expo is structured to benefit sewn products suppliers and customers, consistent with SPESA’s charter to promote and protect the interests and image of the industry.”
